Probably since she is part of a pirate crew, so by extension, she is a pirate. Not sure how One Piece world defines "pirates" - as in, do they need to be sailing the seas?Nightmare Pirates (talk) 05:14, November 19, 2019 (UTC)

To be clear, she was 10 when they took over. But I agree; obviously she had to have worked for the Donquixote Pirates since they ran the factory, but no indication she was part of the crew. Kaido King of the Beasts (talk) 18:24, November 19, 2019 (UTC)
