Tettiri 55

The Tettiri 55 is the airship used by the Pilabuggy Villain Alliance.^[1]

Ship Design and Appearance[]

The Tettiri 55 is a small bird-shaped ship, with a hut on its back. It has a ball-shaped bird head at its front and wings on either side, with jets attached to them.

The ship can be covered by a large papier-mâché blowfish, making it look much bigger and more imposing. The cover has multiple fake windows, a large face, fins to either side and below, and a hat, along with the text "TETTIRI NO55" written on it.

History[]

Cross Epoch[]

The Pilabuggy Villain Alliance, headed by Buggy and Pilaf, tried to use the Tettiri 55 and it's fake cover to challenge Luffy and Goku. However, they quickly blew off the cover, and the Tettiri 55 was destroyed in subsequent attacks by Vegeta, Zoro, and Piccolo.^[1]

Trivia[]

The Tettiri 55 may be named after tecchiri (てっちり^?), a combination word of tecchi (slang for fugu) and chiri (a way of preparing food for hot pot). This is consistent with the fake cover over the Tettiri 55, which resembles a blowfish or pufferfish.
