Toby is a peddler in the Arabasta Kingdom who travels between Alubarna and Nanohana. He appears in One Piece Odyssey.[1]

Toby is a large man of average height. He wears a green shirt with a brown vest over it, and a green hat.

One Piece Odyssey[]
Toby and Abby traveled from Alubarna to Nanohana, stopping in the Sandy Oasis. While there, they encountered the Straw Hat Pirates, who were searching for a way to Alubarna. The duo informed the pirates of the connecting cave to the north, and the Straw Hats departed.
Reunion of Memories[]
In the Arabasta Memoria where Crocodile took over, Toby and Abby were attempting to enter Nanohana to sell their goods, but were blocked by the New Royal Army.
