The Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Eagle is an anime-only Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to transform into an eagle hybrid and a full eagle at will. It was eaten by Buzz.

Etymology

"Tori" (鳥^?) is Japanese for "bird".
While the kanji is written as 鷲 (washi^?, Japanese for "eagle"), the pronunciation remains as īguru, the Japanese way to pronounce the species' name.

Strengths and Weaknesses

The first and foremost strength of this Devil Fruit power is that it allows the user to transform into an eagle and, in Buzz's case, an eagle-bulldog hybrid.

Being a predatory bird, this fruit also grants the user the rare ability of flight and increased combat capabilities that surpasses that of a normal Zoan.

This fruit does not seem to have any weaknesses outside of the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

Trivia

This is the first confirmed non-canon Zoan-type Devil Fruit in the whole series.
Buzz's hybrid form somewhat resembles a simurgh, a canine-avian creature from Persian mythology.
