He is a large bald man with shoulder pads.
Personality
While Troff is a bit slow and dimwitted, he is a rather sentimental guy. After dining with the Straw Hats and discussing what to do next with his fellow Phoenix Pirates, he feels guilty for planning to betray the Straw Hats. He, along with Race, are apparently the only two who have second thoughts and express the most doubt about betraying the Straw Hats.
