Uraya Mashikatta is a thin man with long, light brown hair, a large protruding nose, and a sharp jawline. He wears a blue hat and a crimson coat.
Personality[]
Little is known of Mashikatta's personality, but he was shown to be hostile towards the Seven Warlords system, cheering when it was abolished.[1]
He appears to enjoy drinking, being seen sitting on the ground in an alleyway drunk; in the anime, he is surrounded by at least six bottles.[3]

Mashikatta sat in an alleyway, drinking, when the abolishment of the Seven Warlords system was announced. Hearing the news, he laughed, insulting the former Warlords,[1] and celebrated by drinking further until he passed out drunk.[2]
Trivia[]
- His name is a pun on the Japanese phrase urayamashikatta (羨ましかった?, "I was envious"), implying that his hostility towards the Warlords stems from envy.
