...Anyone else still with me on this? I remember SO many people were quick to jump the gun when Surume initially seemed to join the Straw Hat Pirates. I remember thinking it would be AWESOME if he stuck around! He could be the Straw Hat Pirates pet. The pet isn't exactly a regular crewmember so it doesn't have to follow the same forumla as the other members. I can understand if some people think this would either be stupid or not going to happen, though.
Still, a giant Kraken as the pet of Luffy, how AWESOME would THAT be?!
