Well, the chapter was two hours earlier than usual. Not complaining or anything, as it means more sleep for me. Now let's overshadow the Podcast and talk about this chapter

Decks of the World Part 2 seems to be revisiting the same locations. We see more of Makino's baby, who wants to touch Dadan's boobs.

I'm pretty sure everyone knew the Eruption Rain was coming from the Elephant's trunk, but it was nice to receive confirmation. (Did Zou really snort up a shark?) The Straw Hats are thrown off course of course, and Wanda and Carrot are humorously picking at Luffy.

Kin'emon and Kanjuro seemed to have handled the monkey (Bariete?) in no time and are headed back up on a cat, Nekozaemon. I really cannot wait until Robin sees this, it looks just like the cats in her imagination. But will she be able to see it, with the rain coming down?

As the Straw Hats catch up to Luffy, we finally get the scoop on Jack, and a little more silhouette. Guy kinda looks like Hody with a metal mask. Anyways, Oda threw us off by doing the obvious: having Jack fail. I mean, it was a tall order, and the fact that he sunk two of the ships is pretty impressive in my opinion. But yeah, there's no way he's dead, there's too much hype around him. I still stand that he is the main antagonist of this arc, and like Wapol he'll come back angry and ready to lay waste some more.

Finally, the Straw Hats are not led into a trap, buy rather into a party where THE BIG REUNION occurs. After 106 chapters, the Straw Hats are finally united again. Well, almost. Before I go to that, I am a bit uneasy about the entire party. Jack may be presumed dead, but this was quite the 180 from the Minks. I don't know, it just doesn't feel right. Now, the big cliffhanger: Sanji is...not in a good position. Not dead. Oda, you cannot make us believe that. At this point, I see two possibilities: 1) Jack captured him and took him in his rescue mission, or 2) Someone is bringing him to the government alive. Of course, both those things could happen.

An exciting chapter, 9.2/10. What were your thoughts on it?
