Zoro First MateEdit

I forgot Angel left. Can you answer the question I left on her talk page? I really need to find that page. Drunk Samurai 02:30, 23 April 2009 (UTC)

Coldhandzz and ImagesEdit

Can you take care of this? All the anime ones he is replacing are better quality. The ones he is using are obvious fan recolorings. Drunk Samurai 09:47, 24 April 2009 (UTC)

Maybe Mr. 3 but the anime ones for all the others are much better. Drunk Samurai 22:36, 24 April 2009 (UTC)

He's back except now he's doing it as an IP. Without discussing it at all. I bet he's only doing it as an IP to try to make it looks like it's somebody else. Drunk Samurai 01:27, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

Animal Theme ProblemsEdit

Can you take care of all those IP's vandalizing the pages? They keep on coming back to removing the info for no reason. Drunk Samurai 22:36, 24 April 2009 (UTC)

They're back except this time as a signed up user. [1] Drunk Samurai 18:54, 25 April 2009 (UTC)

Deletions Edit

Hi . Its been a few weeks, so I put up a few nominations, but I also just recently found this [[Other Fictional Pirates]] , vandalising a red link .

By the way, we could have had links to off wikia articles on Hook and Long John Silver , but okay . And you may wanna look over Angel's contirbs on image talk pages, she nominated a few there . --New Babylon 19:28, 25 April 2009 (UTC)

New look Edit

Hello! I'm kind of new here, but I have been working in the Episode Guide (Funimation) article. I'm also in charge of another wiki in fusionfall.wikia.com and I changed the look there to go more with the topic and I offer my help to do the same in the One Piece wiki. Are you interested? FusionFaller 04:11, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

What's your work look like?Mugiwara Franky 04:28, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
w:FusionFall, it's the wiki I currently admin. I can change alignments, colors and I can help you add sortable and expandable tables. FusionFaller 06:19, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
Can you help out with the hide and show system here. It'll be most useful in the various navigation templates here.Mugiwara Franky 06:49, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
Easy, just copy the text in the page [[2]] into the MediaWiki:Common.js of this wiki and it should be working in ten minutes or less. I would do it but only admins can modify that page. FusionFaller 08:43, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
Good! Now, for step two you have to paste this text into the MediaWiki:Common.css of this wiki (note the diference, the first was .js, this one is .css) copy it form the code page, not what you see here. Are you sure you don't want another color scheme for the wiki? Maybe a sea blue with gold yellow one? FusionFaller 00:49, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

Okay. What's next for the hide option. How do I implement it in a navigation template.Mugiwara Franky 00:57, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
I changed the Song Template, have a look at the code. Important thing is the class="collapsible collapsed" and the fact that the first row of the title must start with a !. If you can't see it just hard refresh with CTRL+F5. FusionFaller 01:02, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
No prob! You have quite a good proyect here, hope it grows some more! Sure you don't want a color change somewhere to make the wiki more acording to the theme? FusionFaller 01:17, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
How you change the color again? Just give me the instructions for now. I have to ask the rest of the community on the color.Mugiwara Franky 01:20, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
Here is an example of how you change colors: [3] There are some ideas there but it's not all you an do. I suggest you check out other wikis to get ideas and make a consensus maybe in the Wiki Forum here to agree on colors. FusionFaller 01:33, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

IP address Edit

Noticed on Cold's page there were some doubts about the current uploader Momoy12. Can you just run a quick IP adress check on the pair of them and reassure their not the same person MF? One-Winged Hawk 08:06, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

IP address Edit

Noticed on Cold's page there were some doubts about the current uploader Momoy12. Can you just run a quick IP adress check on the pair of them and reassure their not the same person MF? One-Winged Hawk 08:06, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

For some reason "Leave Message" left two versions of that last message. Okay MF, Coldz and Mo were the same person, Mo slipped up and used Cold's name but left the link to Mo's own talk page and that behind. There is no longer a need to run a IP check at least. One-Winged Hawk 11:05, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
Okay MF, ignore previous statement, we need to check up on ID. I ran a history check on the Mo account and it was used for vandalism previously. Since we can now say Cold and Mo are one and the same, we can confirm Coldhandzz is both a troll and a vandal. A IP adress check may turn up as well other problems. Now we have no choice but to deal with this person I'm afriad. Also, later I'm going to try and rework the image guidelines to prevent mass uloading/updating of images without explaination. One-Winged Hawk 13:15, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

I would just like to add that when I make a mass upload, I do so for characters that have no image whatsoever (especialy the movie characters) . Otherwise, I only had a dispute with Rod over his horrendous TB images . In fact, their stil on the template talk page, you think we can use them (and the curent examples) as to how what we ar suposed to upload should look like and how it shouldn't ? This is adressd to whoever of you two it may concern . --New Babylon 14:05, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

It's obvious they are all the same person. Why should I leave it? He will continue vandalizing the Wikia if left alone. We need a 100% IP ban on him. No second chances. Drunk Samurai 00:25, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

They are from the games which are not even that high of quality. They are not Oda originals. Which makes it an even bigger problem when loading up the pages with shitty images. Drunk Samurai 00:29, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

The games are still not canon. The original source is the manga. Then comes the anime which have much more accurate colors than some of those pictures. Drunk Samurai 00:41, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

Who would possibly complain about images being changed? Besides its obvious that Coldhandzz is a vandal who is abusing the registration system just to make it look like they are all different people. Drunk Samurai 01:52, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

Indeed most of the game images were known to me long ago, when I created the ad for my sig at Arlong Park forums I found them. I never uploaded them because many of the, namely those from the pre Grand Battle 3 era, were not good enough. Some of the images can be kept however as not all of them were rubbish or of poor quality. My concern is for Mo/Cold/Mr. X/whoeverheis reckless mass uploading, aside from the photo bucket accounts I haven't had a chance to look at the other sites. Okay I'll make it clear again, of the Spannish site I did investigate, all but those that were watermarked where fine from use. Its the others I have not investigated yet. OF the images he uploaded, thats the only site we can confirm is okay however at this point. I'm due out this morning so I'll investigte the other sites when I get back. One-Winged Hawk 05:24, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

Should I continue ? Edit

I dunno, it has been a while, you think I could continue with going through the unused images and marking those we don't need for deletion, because there is lots of them stil out there . --New Babylon 12:33, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

RidiculousEdit

Somebody abuses the system and you only block them for 2 weeks? [4] Drunk Samurai 21:05, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

I hate to say it DS, but this isn't as light hearted as you think, wikipedia would have done far less. At the moment he has a level 3 ban by our rules, which is just a week ban, MF has issued him with a 2 week ban, so already his punishment is more then needed. Though he abused the system, he didn't go comando on us, give him that much respect he wentout quietly. If after 2 weeks he comes back same old same old, then we GET TOUGH. I should note its only when they reach the level 3 ban they ("three strikes" takes a user to level 3), they can be banned any point. For now, Cold has had warnings, this is a display of seriousness, give him a chance to rethink, if he is the same ol' dumbasss... Well I've already said that. Most users banned at level 3 did far worst. One-Winged Hawk 21:28, 1 May 2009 (UTC)

Urgent: FA template incorectly displaying on the main page Edit

I have dited the FA template today, and it is edited and changed when I go to it, but it displays an old version on the main page with Franky as a Featured Article (which is made even more ridiculous by the fact that the image of Franky which is "suposedly" in the template is not recorded as being on that page any more ) . What can be the reason for this ?

--New Babylon 11:53, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

Don't understand it myself. When you preview the main page, it however shows. May as well give it some time.Mugiwara Franky 12:01, 3 May 2009 (UTC)
When I logged out, it displayed as edited, however when I logged back ion, it reverted to the defunct version . Also, when I view the Franky picture when logged in, it says that it's on the "main page" on the file page, however the only way for it to be there is in the FA template, but that is not listed as containing it . I realy don't understand . --New Babylon 12:04, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

Yorki ImageEdit

Can you edit the Yorki image? No matter how I try to edit it the image just doesn't show up. I think it may be because there are 2 versions of the same file. Drunk Samurai 19:05, 3 May 2009 (UTC)

Center title in templatesEdit

Hmm... That's the first time I have seen that happening, but also this is the first time I have seen the class attribute combined with the one you use them so that might be the cause. It's also the cause of the templates not being originally collapsed. I recomend doing a generic template that can be filled with the info but only using collapsible as class attribute. I'll help you with that later. FusionFaller 03:18, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

What do you mean? How do you see them? I tried to standirize all the templates, it looks ok for me and in theory now we have easier to read templates. I'll try to explain: Each section has a title, that could be either "title#" or "title#l" if the title has a link, in which case you add "titlelink#". Each title has a "C#" for color background and "F#" for font. The classes go "class#" going from 1.1 to 1.5, I didn't found templates that used more than 5 classes for 1 title, if there are more I'll add to them. The link clause for this ones are "class#l" and the link it directs is "#link". Lastly, each class has to go with "info#" for each list of things. It might be a little difficult to understand at the beginning, but it eventually does things easier. FusionFaller 15:18, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

Possible copyright problems Edit

Moulin Rouge

Okay, I have mentioned this on the Forum:Page_Issues page ,(which has a feww things I would consider needing to be adressed at the moment ) but the Moulin Rouge page could realy get us into trouble . It's basicly a romanised transcript of the entiere song and someone's translation . This can never stand as fair use , especialy on a wikia , and to top it off , we don't know if some site can't acuse of of stealing their translation, cause there is no credit/ source link . We have several of these pages and I would like to know if something can be done about them .

Yrs, D.

Ban 98.122.124.155Edit

[5]

This person has been vandalizing the Nico Robin page. Drunk Samurai 00:05, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

98.122.124.155 is obviously Coldhandzz. That calls for a bigger punishment. Drunk Samurai 22:36, 13 May 2009 (UTC)

Hey that's not me Coldhandzz 13:20, 26 May 2009 (UTC)

No They Don'tEdit

I'm asking for proof. Funimation does not use berries. If they did they ONLY used it in the TV version because of 4Kids. So until either one of you provide evidence I am calling it BS and reverting it. Drunk Samurai 18:17, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

Common sense has nothing to do with it. I'm not going to revert it but how do you know that that scene is actually from the uncut dub and not the TV version? Drunk Samurai 18:54, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

El Idioma Edit

My english is very bad, because i am Spanish... do you know anything about Spanish? --Gandulfo88 15:35, 25 May 2009 (UTC)

I got a question Edit

Well you know how you make an edit, it comes up with the name, then user and whats changed? Then theres like that number in brackets like:

  • 01:45  ??????????(diff; hist) . . (-1,549) . . ??? (Talk | contribs) (????) or
  • 18:29  ????????????(diff; hist) . . (+53) . . ???? (Talk | contribs) (??????).

Whats the number in brackets for??? is it like points or something else???

Cz if it comes with like (-1,549) then name, does that person lose these "point" stuff?? or do i lose them???

Something that ive been wondering about

That's the # of characters(each individual letter of the words, commas, periods, etc) and the spaces in between you used during the edit. (+10) means you added 10 characters and (-10) removed 10 characters.208.127.99.44 01:48, 1 June 2009 (UTC)

Opinion?Edit

Hi! I need an opinion of what I did in Episode Guide (Funimation) page. Do you like the idea of the episode summary like that? I'll work the rest later, but first I need to know if it looks ok or if it's overkilling it.

Also, would you mind changeing the tags of show and hide for + and - respectively in the Mediawiki:Common.js page? I think It would work better. FusionFaller 23:08, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

Information Edit

Hi,

I hope I’m not bothering you. The reason I send this e-mail, It’s because I need your help, In Episode 141 of One Piece, Whetton called the Tax Collection Party by their Japanese name, I just want to know the Japanese name of the Tax Collection Party in romaji. Although I put a romaji name on the Tax Collection Party, I don't know if that's the true romaji name. Thank you for your help.
