Volg is a firework master and the father of Flora. He originates from One Piece Premier Show 2014.[1]
Appearance[]
Volg is a fit, middle-aged man with short black hair, a grey goatee, and tan skin. He wears a sleeveless blue shirt, a yellow sash across his chest, and beige shorts. He also wears a dark and light-green striped headband, an orange sash around his waist, and yellow wraps around each wrist.[1]
Personality[]
Volg enjoys designing and making fireworks with his daughter. He is brave enough to follow Luffy to confront the DX Marines.[1]

Volg comes from a family of firework makers who pass down their abilities with each generation. One day, Volg and his daughter were working on a special firework that she designed for the island's annual festival when Madatascar Island was invaded by the DX Marines, who banned all fireworks and demanded absolute obedience from all citizens.[1]
One Piece Premier Show 2014[]
After the Straw Hat Pirates came to Madatascar Island and gets blown away by Crocodile's sandstorm, Luffy met Volg and Flora, who explained to him why there are no more fireworks on the island. Volg followed Luffy as the pirate went to save his friends.
When the crew fought the DX Marines, Volg was captured by Bildy, but after Luffy defeated Smash, Volg, Flora, and the rest of the island's residents were able to hold their firework celebration.[1]
