- 1112. Hard Aspects (ハードアスペクト, Hādo Asupekuto?): Mars breaches Punk Records to search for a way to prevent Vegapunk's broadcast. Meanwhile, the other Elders prepare to stop the Straw Hats.

- 1116. Inner Conflict (葛藤, Kattō?): Vegapunk informs the world of his own energy source, the Mother Flame, and how it was misused to potentially power one of the Ancient Weapons and destroy Lulusia Kingdom.
- 1117. A (も, Mo?): Nusjuro attempts to stop the Straw Hats aboard the Thousand Sunny. The other Elders target the Iron Giant and disrupt Vegapunk's message.
- 1118. The Most Free (自由になる, Jiyū ni Naru?): Mars intercepts the Straw Hats and giants aboard the Great Eirik. Bonney gains a Nika-like transformation to assist Luffy.
- 1119. Emet (エメト, Emeto?): Mars is blasted away from Egghead. Warcury attempts to destroy the Great Eirik, but is knocked back by Emet the Iron Giant.
- 1120. Atlas (
暴 , Atorasu?): Clover and his brother are revealed as carriers of the D.. The Thousand Sunny takes off while Atlas protects it from Nusjuro. Saturn gets onto the Great Eirik while Warcury and Peter fight Emet. - 1121. The Ebb and Flow of the Ages (時代のうねり, Jidai no Uneri?): Luffy and Bonney repel Saturn away from the Great Eirik. Vegapunk declares that whoever claims the One Piece will determine the fate of the world.

Trivia[]
The 404 error message.
- The title of the volume is a reference to a quote from Gol D. Roger in Chapter 100, where he listed three things that "cannot be stopped": Inherited will, people's dreams, and the ebb and flow of the ages.
- The volume's cover alludes the one of Volume 15 with Luffy, Dorry and Brogy in similar positions in both covers.
- As part of the promotional campaign for this volume, a web page which presented itself as a preview of Chapter 1113 was launched. However, as the reader tries to progress through the chapter, the panels start disappearing, and soon the entire preview "crashes". This is followed by a 404 error with a message from the World Government.[2] The message reads:
