  • 317. K.O. (Kノック.Oアウト., Nokku Auto?): Luffy defeats Foxy, using a mirror to reflect his Noro Noro beams.
  • 318. Closure (閉会, Heikai?): Luffy does not remember his victory, and must be reminded by Zoro. He claims the Foxy Pirates' Jolly Roger, replacing it with a hand-drawn one, and returns to Tonjit and Shelly. A strange man known as Admiral Aokiji suddenly appears.
  • 319. Admiral Aokiji of the Marine Headquarters (海軍本部「大将」青キジ, Kaigun Honbu "Taishō" Aokiji?): The Straw Hat Pirates discover that Aokiji is a Marine Admiral, and begin to panic. He creates an ice path for Tonjit and Shelly to leave, before declaring that the Straw Hats should all just die.
  • 320. Ultimate Military Force (最高戦力, Saikō Senryoku?): The Straw Hats battle Aokiji, with Robin ending up frozen and nearly shattered. Usopp and Chopper are able to return her to the Going Merry, and Luffy challenges Aokiji to a duel.
  • 321. One-on-One (一騎討ち, Ikkiuchi?): Luffy is defeated by Aokiji one-on-one. He leaves without killing Luffy, and Zoro and Sanji return him to the Merry. Chopper is able to successfully thaw both Luffy and Robin.
  • 322. Puffing Tom (パッフィング・トム, Paffingu Tomu?): On their way to the next island, the Straw Hat Pirates spot something interesting swimming in the water and decide to follow it.
  • 323. The City of Water, Water 7 (「水の都」 ウォーターセブン, "Mizu no Miyako" Wōtā Sebun?): The Straw Hat Pirates arrive in Water 7.
  • 324. Adventure in the City on the Water (水上都市の冒険, Suijō Toshi no Bōken?): Luffy, Nami, and Usopp explore the city. Robin and Chopper go shopping in the city. Sanji leaves to buy food. Zoro is left alone on the ship, when mysterious attackers arrive.
  • 325. The Franky Family (フランキー一家, Furankī Ikka?): The bounty hunters, the Franky Family, show up on the Going Merry while the others get the gold exchanged and Robin disappears after passing a mysterious masked man.
  • 326. Iceburg-san (アイスバーグさん, Aisubāgu-san?): Robin is seen with the masked man while Kaku begins evaluating the ship. Luffy, Nami, and Usopp meet Iceburg and Kalifa.
  • 327. Shipyard Island, Construction Dock No. 1 (造船島 造船工場1番ドック, Zōsenjima Zōsen Kōjō Ichi-ban Dokku?): Luffy, Usopp and Nami are shown around Dock 1 before Kaku returns with to report his findings during his evaluation of Going Merry.
