Who's Who is a tall man with notably long legs. He has a large mane of wild light hair that goes down to his waist.
He wears a dark mask over the top of his head down to his nose that obscures his eyes, and has two long, dark upward-curving horns protruding from the side of his head. He wears a dark jacket that exposes his bare chest, which has a large tattoo of an eye and his name under it, and he also wears dark pants and shoes.
In his first appearance, he was shown smoking a cigarette.
Who's Who seems to be a blunt man who gets annoyed easily, in particular towards Ulti and Page One's squabbling. According to King, Who's Who aims to become one of the Beasts Pirates' All-Stars, and for this reason, he refuses to answer to the current ones, viewing them as obstacles first and foremost and justifying his own insolent behavior through the crew's hierarchy system. This insubordination is showcased further by the fact that, unlike the majority of his crewmates, Who's Who refers to Queen and King without any sort of honorific, denoting a sense of disregard for their authority (particularly Queen, whose death is something Who's Who has contemplated a few times). He is confident of his strength, smirking at the thought of possibly taking a spot in the All-Stars when given an opportunity.
He seems to heavily respect Kaido, though, becoming serious and shocked along with his peers when Ulti spoke rudely about their boss.
Abilities and PowersEdit
As a Headliner in the Beasts Pirates, Who's Who holds a high position in his crew and has authority over the lower-ranking members, and as a member of the Tobiroppo, he is also among the strongest Headliners, with only Kaido and the All-Stars ranking above him.
Being a former Pirate Captain, Who's Who used to have authority over a whole crew at one point in his past.
Who's Who carries a katana sword on his right hip, letting it rest beside him when sitting down. It is unknown how skilled he is with it.
Who's Who was a captain of his own pirate crew before he joined the Beasts Pirates. After joining, he had been seeking a position among the All-Stars.
Wano Country ArcEdit
Who's Who and the other Tobiroppo members arrived at Onigashima during the Fire Festival. Kaido had them brought into his fortress, where they waited for him. Ulti expressed her desire for Queen to die, and Who's Who wondered which of them would take his spot if that happened. When this discussion caused Ulti and Page One to start arguing, Who's Who told them to be quiet. Ulti then insulted Kaido as they awaited the meeting, causing the other Tobiroppo to rebuke her. When Kaido arrived, Who's Who was shocked that King was the one who summoned them. Kaido then gave them the mission of finding his "son" Yamato, saying he would let them battle one of the All-Stars for their position if they succeeded, and Who's Who eagerly accepted these terms.
Who's Who later gathered his team and during the commotion caused by Luffy, Zoro, and Kid, Who's Who told his team to ignore the intruders and focus their efforts in finding Yamato. He was later notified that Luffy and Yamato went to the Performance Stage.
- Who's Who is possibly named after the card game of the same name invented by games scholar David Parlett, fitting with the card game-themed names of the Headliners.
