Yoshioka Sato is a first-year high school student at Uwazumi High School, where she is a member of the cooking club.

She is a recurring supporting character in the One Piece in Love spin-off series.

Appearance

Sato is a teenage girl with long blonde hair going down her back. She typically wears a green school uniform with a blue collar and skirt, and more casual clothes in her free time.

While cooking or baking, she wears an apron with rabbits on it.

Personality

Sato loves cooking, taking great pride in her abilities as a chef and baker; when someone outclasses her, she gets depressed and competitive, intent on proving herself the best. She is fairly easygoing, and is willing to go along with Nakatsugawa Usopp's antics (such as referring to her as Sanji) despite knowing nothing about One Piece. She tries to match his energy and include One Piece references when she can, but frequently gets them wrong.

She eventually reads some of One Piece to better reference it, though still remains largely ignorant of the series.

Sato's father is a professional pastry chef, and he teaches her about baking. He works at a pastry store in Kaji-machi, a town in Chūō-ku, Hamamatsu.

History

One Piece in Love

Sato helped Koyama Nami bake a cake for Yamamoto Luffy's birthday. In the process, she was recruited to Nakatsugawa Usopp's "crew" as the Sanji figure, though she remained unclear what that meant since she hadn't read One Piece. By the next time she is involved in Usopp's antics, she had read some One Piece, but still relatively little.

Sato frequently spends time with Nami, often getting pulled into Usopp's One Piece antics in the process.
